Technical support
Explain the problem. Find the right next step.
A clear description helps the team distinguish an operating question from a maintenance or repair requirement. Support arrangements depend on the machine and its condition; confirm the scope and timing with the UAE team.

Identify the machine
Have the model and serial number ready. A photograph of the identification plate helps avoid confusion between machines with similar names or different configurations.
Describe what changed
Explain what happens, when it started and whether an indicator or error message appears. Include recent maintenance and photographs or a short video if it is safe to obtain them.
Prepare a useful support request
Include the model, serial number, site location and your contact details. Describe whether the issue concerns starting, charging, water flow, pickup, brushes or an indicator. A short video of the symptom may help, but only record it if the machine can be operated safely. Never remove guards or open electrical compartments to obtain a photograph.
Maintenance and replacement parts
Ask about the correct brushes, pads, squeegee blades, filters and other wear parts for your configuration. Similar-looking components are not always interchangeable. Share the identification plate and, where available, the part number from the machine documentation before ordering.
Confirm the intervention
Ask about inspection, parts and maintenance options before arranging work. Agree the service location, proposed scope, likely parts requirements and charges with the UAE team. Do not continue operating a machine that appears unsafe; follow its manual and site safety procedures.
Keep a record for the next shift
Keep the service report and note any recommended follow-up checks. A simple maintenance log helps operators report recurring symptoms and gives the support team useful context. Follow the intervals and procedures in the machine’s own manual rather than applying one schedule to every model.
